Orders placed before 11.00 pm are normally processed the same day and should reach you between 1 & 4 working days of the order first being placed.

Orders placed on public Holidays and at weekends will be processed on the next working day.

At peak seasonal times (i.e. Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order due to demand.

Deliveries are made only on working days, (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays. Any delays will be notified to the customer.

Free Delivery for goods delivered within mainland UK Goods delivered within mainland UK are sent using UPS next day Standard Any other destinations please contact enquires@luggage2go.co.uk and we can quote you exact price.

All goods require a signature on arrival, if there is no one home at the time of delivery the carrier will leave a card informing you delivery was attempted with your parcel reference number and a telephone number to contact to arrange a more convenient time for delivery.
