Orders placed before 1.00 pm are normally processed the same day and should reach you between 1 & 4 working days of the order first being placed. Free UK Mainland delivery for all orders over £30.00; other destinations will be subject to additional charges

Orders placed on public Holidays and at weekends will be processed on the next working day.

At peak seasonal times (i.e. Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order due to demand.

Deliveries are made only on working days, (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays. Any delays will be notified to the customer.

Goods delivered within mainland UK are sent using UPS next day Standard.  .

All goods require a signature on arrival, if there is no one home at the time of delivery the carrier will leave a card informing you a delivery was attempted with your parcel reference and information on how to arrange a more convenient time for delivery.
