Returns of Goods

In the event of receiving goods found to be faulty, damaged, or simply wanting to exchange then please contact us to inform us that you are returning goods.

Unused goods can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery provided they are complete with all original packaging i.e. Manufactures labels, packing etc. Just follow the procedure below.

1.    Email sales@luggage2go.co.uk or telephone 01260 281989 to inform us of your intention to return a product

2.    Return it for inspection to the following address:

3.    Please ensure the following details are enclosed:

I.    Reason for return
II.    Your name and address
III.    The sales receipt (we advise you make a photo copy of this)
IV.    Recorded Post or proof of delivery with the correct insurance is highly recommend as we cannot be held responsible for parcels mislaid/damaged in transit
V.    The cost of postage for returns is the customer’s responsibility and the cost of return postage cannot be included in any refund given.
VI.    Where a postage/delivery charge was incurred for a item to be delivered this charge cannot be included in any refund given

It is the sole responsibility of customers to ensure goods are packaged (in their original Packaging if possible) and reaches us in a saleable condition.

All damages & Shortages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt

All guarantees offered are by the individual manufacturers against defects in workmanship, Please refer to the product tags for details. These guarantees do not cover normal wear and tear or damage and neglect caused by mishandling in transit by a common carrier.
